The default standard version of the Graphic Design Agreement gives ownership of the design to your client once payment has been made. However, we have included editable versions (in Word and Google Docs formats) so you can change this yourself should you need to.

The Graphic Designer Legal Package is for creative professionals who provide graphic design services (i.e. graphic designers, graphic artists, commercial artists). The Web Developer Legal Package is for professionals who design and develop websites (i.e. web developers, website designers, freelance coders).

I sell images/prints through my website

The Graphic Design Agreement allows you to subcontract work to qualified contractors and employees. But you are responsible for their work and must vet final designs submitted to the client.

The Package Includes

Photography Contract

To agree the details of a photography and/or videography shoot, including date, time, location, payment terms, cancellation policy, etc. Includes options for photographing weddings, babies/infants, portraits and pets. Includes confidentiality and privacy of personal information clause.

Photo Licensing Agreement

• To confirm how your client may use your photographs. Including: commercial/personal use, worldwide/Australia only, with/without attribution, etc.

Adult Model Release Form

To ensure you own the images outright and can use them commercially without paying royalties. Also called a Photo Consent Form.

Child Model Release Form

To ensure you have the permission of the child’s parents/guardians to use the images commercially. Also called a Parental Consent Form.

Photography Website Legals

For your clients to acknowledge the risks of injury from physical exercise. Plus a clause covering the risks of contracting Coronavirus/COVID-19.
